Bettina Davis
Founder & CEO
Bettina Davis is a human resources executive who has worked for several Fortune 500 companies. In the last 10 years, she led international human resources and administrative functions as global vice president and was a member of corporate executive teams. Early in her career, she worked as a management consultant, medical social worker, and family counselor.
After teaching soft-skills and leadership courses for two decades, Bettina became concerned about the absence of training to raise mental health awareness in the workplace. The observation led her to found MA Company, a training and consulting company. The national opioid crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic as well as natural, social, and political challenges have only deepened this critical need.
Bettina holds a Dipl. Soz. Päd.
