Ramona Reule

Ramona Reule is a human resources, communications, and administrative management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the business and nonprofit sectors. After more than 25 years in the consulting engineering industry, she moved back into the nonprofit arena, where she most recently served as the first human resources manager for Habitat for Humanity in Portland, Oregon.

With MA Company, Ramona could not pass up an opportunity to become an integral part of a mission-focused startup company centered on educating, supporting and uplifting employees, managers and leaders in the mental health and wellness field. She highly values building and joining communities, and so she was attracted to the MA Company chance to make a positive impact on the health, social and environmental aspects of employer communities. She feels passionate about being a servant-leader and providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, partners and other stakeholders.

A native of Oregon and resident of Portland, Ramona holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and German from the University of Oregon. She is an active member of the Rose City Park Neighborhood Association.
